By the grace of God, this ministry commenced, in the form of cottage meetings in Baroda, gradually it took the form of a religious undertaking, and we named it, The Church of Christ. We started this ministry on 20th November 2001 at Baroda, Gujarat - INDIA. The Church of Christ is a Government Registered Organization. The Church has all the legal rights to perform religious ceremonies, and to preach the word of God. This new Church of Vadodara is seriously indulged in the preaching’s of Holy Bible and working among the underprivileged for theirs and mankind’s befit as a whole. A small and important book .“The Only Way to Eternal Life” which elaborates the topics concerning eternal life and eternal death based on the doctrines of the Holy Bible, is distributed to masses. The Church ministry has prepared a basic Bible Course for the believers to increase in the knowledge of the Lord. At present It has prepared five topics. This bible course is in Gujarati. It is also available on the internet in the PDF form.

History

Church Of Christ began with ten to fifteen youngsters, who had found a new life in Christ Jesus. Today, the Church of Christ is a Government Registered Organization; registered in the year 2003, under Bombay Public Charitable Trust Act 1950:29 (Govt. Regd. No. E-6245). The Church has all the legal rights to perform religious ceremonies, and to preach the word of God. The Church, basically, works among non Christians, who have never heard the gospel before. Church has Children's Ministry and Youth Ministry; and work among the children and youth through Sunday school, Vacation Bible School, Seminars, Conferences, etc. Church also ministers through publication and distribution of gospel literature. By the grace of God, the Church is constantly growing and preaching the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and reaching the unreached.

Structure

The Church is aiming and planning to construct soon its own building with at least 3000 seating capacity.

• Working among the children and youth through Sunday school, Vacation Bible School, Seminars and Conferences.
