Basically, Deccan Odyssey has been fitted with two different kinds of accommodations: Presidential suite and the Deluxe cabins. Deluxe cabins have been further divided into the categories which can be chosen for one, two or three occupancies, depending on the travelers in this luxury journey. Various prices of different levels of bookings for one person in one trip is provided, so the tourists can select  accommodations that they deem suitable for their trips on Deccan Odyssey moving around Maharashtra.

Note

• 10% of the tariff for the children up to 5 years of age.
• For children between 5 and 12 years, half fare would be charged. The tariff is subject to change without notice.
• 10% Surcharge shall be levied on departure during Christmas/New Year.

The rates mentioned in the fixture are applicable for minimum booking of 3 nights in any part of the trip. If tourists are picking up Mumbai-Goa or the Goa-Mumbai trips, then they will be provided bookings as suggested. But, in case they choose to take up the day programmes for either Goa or Mumbai, then each person will have to give extra charge of 100 USD.

For Indian tourists, the equivalent amount in rupees will have to be given at rates of exchange prevalent at the time of booking tickets. The ticket charges will include sightseeing, catering, travel expenses, entrance fee for various monuments, palaces, parks and even attendance in cultural nights or boat rides. For other indulgences like liquor, video cameras, laundry and personal requirements, payments have to be done separately.

Schedule

Deccan Odyssey travels from Mumbai on Wednesdays only in the months starting from September till April. Regular operations of the train started on 28th February, 2004.
