Places Covered:

Laxmi Narayan Temple: This temple is also called the Birla Temple. This temple is very large and is built in Orissa style in year 1938, by popular Birla Family. It is worshipped by people of all faiths. 

Qutub Minar: An impeccable piece of Afghan Infrastructure, this structure is 72.5 mts in its height. Its construction was initiated in final year of 12th century by renowned Qutubuddin Aibak while was finished by his successor. Infact this site is given status of World Heritage Monument.

Bahai Temple: This temple is located at top of Kalkaji Hills and is also called the Lotus temple owing to its incredible lotus shaped design which is pure marble based. It was constructed in 1987 by few Bahai faith followers, symbolizing equality and purity of all religions.

Gandhi Smriti: This is a stupendous memorial which encloses visual aspects to commemorate the memory of our dear Mahatma Gandhi and his humble and noble ideas that he represented, some educative aspects which lay emphasis on different values that transformed him as Mahatma and the service aspects which feature all activities that he undertook during different times of his life as per need.

The museum here offers inscriptions on rocks, frescos, paintings, sculptures, photographs and relics that take you back to the days Gandhiji spent here. Some personal stuff of Mahatma Gandhi is very carefully preserved.

This trip drives past some other monuments like embassies, parliament house and India Gate.

Afternoon Tour starts at 2:15 pm while ends at 6:00 pm

Places Covered:

Red Fort: This monument was constructed by Shah Jahan, who built the Taj Mahal. The construction phase started in 1639 while ended in 1648. The fort remains closed on Monday.

Old Fort – Only Monday

Raj Ghat: This is a simple square platform which is built with black marbles, marking place where our father of nation – Mahatma Gandhi was buried.

Humayan’s Tomb – Constructed by the widow of Humayan, in 16th Century, this tomb is replica of Taj Mahal in Agra.

On your way, you would see Purana Qila, Shakti Sthal, Indira Gandhi Stadium and Feroz Shah Kotla.

If you combine these trips, you pay 412 INR per person.

  • The tour starts on Saturday and Sunday at 8 am rather than 9 am
  • On weekends, this tour covers Art Gallery @INA Metro Station, Patel Chowk Metro Station and Metro Museum
  • For a ride between INA tourist and Patel Chowk, you need to pay extra price of 12 INR.
