Mohali
Mohali is an important part of Chandigarh. It is located in west direction of Chandigarh. It has a rich Punjabi culture, food and festivals. The city is a mixture of both urban and rural culture. The city got its name from Sahibzada Ajit Singh also known as SAS Nagar, who was an eldest son of Guru Gobind Singh. The three cities namely Panchkula, Mohali and Chandigarh is also a Tri-city.

Rose Garden
Beautiful Rose Garden, well known as the Dr. Zakir Rose Garden, was founded in 1967. It is known as the largest and spectacular rose garden in Asia. The garden was founded with the aid of late Dr. M. S. Randhawa, who was the 1st Chief Commissioner of Chandigarh. The garden covers 27 acres of area and along with roses, there are wonderful flowers like Gulmohar, camphor and bahera. Rose Festival is an ultimate attraction which none could miss. It is held in February and March every year.
Mohali Cricket Stadium
Mohali Cricket Stadium, founded in 1993, is the largest stadium, also known as the Punjab Cricket Association Stadium. It is situated outside the city of Chandigarh.
Rock Garden
The garden was established by Nek Chand, prior Road Inspector. The Rock Garden is sited in Sector 1 amid the Sukhna Lake and Capitol Complex Lake.
Sukhna Lake
Sukhna Lake has a breathtaking view, which is artificially created at the pedestal of the Shivalik Range. The 3 km long lake was developed in 1958 by accumulating rain water from the Sukhna Choe. Many water sports are held and championships won on Asiatic level. Migratory birds are also seen in this region.
Mansa Devi Temple
Mansa Devi Temple is important shrine, known as Seedh Peeths located in Mohali District. It has mythological importance. The temple was founded in 1815, where Devi Sati’s head fell on the grounds of the temple. The temple is surrounded by beautiful gardens and there are beautiful murals on the walls of the temples containing stories of Ramayana and many mythological epics.
Gurudwara Amb Sahib
Gurudwara Amb Sahib is most significant historic attraction also called as Guru Har Rai, the 7th guru of the Sikhs.
Nabha Sahib Gurudwara
Nabha Sahib Gurudwara is situated on Zirakpur Highway in Mohali. It is at this place, the Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur fell.
Chhatbir Zoo
Chhatbir Zoo or Mahendra Chaudhary Zoological Park is sited on the Chandigarh Patiala Road. It is worth visiting which spreads across 202 acres of the region. The significant attraction is the Royal Bengal Tiger. The experience is as if you are in a safari.
Gurudwara Nada Sahib
