With a challenging 18 hole, Par 72 layout, 6499 yard course, the Army Golf Course is the busiest army course in India. This is the place where you crave to use all the clubs in the bag. It is located near Delhi Cantt area at Dhaula Kuan. The course is fully surrounded by matured trees making it lush green. As the name suggests, the course is managed by the Indian Army. Every Indian has the permission to access this golf course making it quite convenient to enjoy a game of golf here. However, membership is open for only Army, Air Force and Navy personnel.

The course is designed with quite a few sharp dogleg holes. Since some tee boxes are elevated; elevation changes can be seen here. In order to play on this course, one needs accuracy and strategic thinking. It is not a good idea to drive off the tee on Par 4’s and Par 5’s. Another important thing to play a good game in this course is to be able to play using short and long irons properly. Players are tested here for their ability to draw and fade the golf ball off the tee.

This golf course also offers an excellent driving range with putting and chipping greens. Moreover, pro trainers are available at all time to teach beginners. The availability of flood lights in this golf course lets people play even after sundown till 7 pm. There are two pro shops in this course including Taylormade exclusive store.

There is a massive clubhouse zone in this golf course with brilliant F&B facilities available for visiting golf players. You would also find refreshment huts along the golf course as well.
