By Road

Vagamon is approximately 15 km from Kottamala and 39 km from Thodupuzha. Vagamon is 45 km from Kumily and 22 km from Kuttikanam. There are regular private and government-run buses running at frequent intervals from all the places mentioned above.

By Rail

The nearest railway station from Vagamon is Kottayam which is about 65 km from Vagamon.

By Air

The airport nearest to Vagamon is the Cochin International Airport which is about 150 km from Vagamon.
