Wonder La

Wonderla is an amazing and vast amusement park spread over an area of 83 acres, situated near Bidadi, around 28 kms from Bangalore. The park’s idea came from businessman Kochouseph Chittilappailly and his son Arjun Chittilappilly. The first of such a kind of amusement park was set by the duo at Kochi in Kerala in 2000. It is estimated that around Rs. 2.5 billion were spent for building these parks. The park has been operational since 2005.

Wonderla amusement Park is located on Bangalore-Mysore highway, around 28 kms from Bangalore and just an hour’s drive from the city. You can drive straight from Sirsi flyover and proceed 28 km on Mysore road to reach the park. The huge gate arch of the park can be seen from a distance. Follow the right turn indicator and drive for around 1.5 km and you will find Wonderla on the left.
