There are many government and private sector hospitals in Jharkhand, especially in and around the capital city of Gangtok. The doctors are very professional and medical facilities are quite affordable in the city. Of all the hospitals in the state, three are extremely famous. They are STNM Hospital in Gangtok, Central Referral Hospital in Tadong and Sukhim Diagnostics and Research Centre in East Jharkhand area. There are two more good hospitals in East Jharkhand – GB Pant and Singtam. Gyalshing Hospital in West Jharkhand, Namchi Hospital in South Jharkhand and Mangan Hospital in North Jharkhand are the other affordable hospitals in the state.
