Attributes of the Feeder Bus
- The capacity of this bus is 18 to 20 people for seating while 10 people as standing
- These buses are environmental friendly and have CNG engine installed
- The control centres are set up for monitoring the movement of these buses and this centre further has control room operators, traffic inspectors and traffic managers
- All buses have fans installed for cooling
- Fire extinguisher and first aid box are installed in the buses considering the safety measures.

Fare Structure
According to the notification no. F.AS (STA)/ 2009/ PF II/ 73-75, which is dated 8/12/10, of the STA, the fare for non-air conditioner feeder buses of Delhi Metro is listed below:
- Above 10 kms – 15 INR
- Between 4 to 10 kms – 10 INR
- Upto 4 kms – 5 INR
The above mentioned fare structure is subject to revision and review by the DMRC and STA which is dependent on the policy issued by the Delhi Government or STA or is based on DMRC requirement.
The timings of the feeder buses are from 8 am to 10 am but these can be extended or reduced depending on the operator and circumstances.

Metro Feeder Bus Depot
The current locations of depots are – Kohat Enclave and Shastri Park. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation also has plans for opening up more of such depots at future locations like – Paschim Vihar, Sudamapuri, Yamuna Bank, Chhatarpur, and Inderlok.
Airport Metro Stations connected by Feeder Service
The airport metro station is also connected by the feeder bus service via aero city metro station – route number ML-57 starting from Chhatarpur Metro Station.
